Ranger Stations
Ranger Stations provide the focus for a community and a “cool” place for the Children, after all its all about the Children. The Ranger Station revolves around one or two 5 a side flood lit football pitches with a small facility for talks, hot drinks and social area. This is an integral part of our engagement plan. Each Ranger Station will have a full time Senior Ranger (hired from social services or ex-military staff for instance). Their role is to provide leadership and direct the resources to that station to meet the children’s needs. They will be supported by volunteers. The Ranger Station ideally will be in schools and open when schools close. They will be open 7 days a week. The 5-a-side pitches will be refurbished by us and be a cool place to go. Extra activities will be conducted at the school. Children after a time will become Rangers and become part of the community..

Our Ranger Stations
Our main thrusts is to create Ranger Stations in communities that would benefit from this approach. This can be anywhere from inner cities or refugee camps. The approach is equally valid although the context can differ.
They require investment to get established and thereafter the plan is for them to become self-sustainable with support from local authorities and companies. Ranger Stations are so much more that just football. Sport is simply part of the engagement plan.
Our plan is to open a Ranger Station in every town in the UK and recruit over 500 Rangers within 24 months. From there other geographical locations will be explored. Rangers will undergo our training programme. We hope to recruit ex-social services professionals and ex-military personnel to provide leadership and support.
Ranger Stations will also contain Pizza ovens to help feed the children every night offering a low cost and fun approach to feed many children
